We do not issue refunds if

  • If you found your host doesn’t meet the requirement of WordPress or denied updating the PHP, or MySQL version.
  • You decided to change your mind.
  • You decided not to use our product.
  • You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs (our live demo site is very self-explanatory)
  • You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed themes on your website.
